I shudder to think how backward this country would still be if she hadn't stepped in and sorted it out. I'm also quite a fan of Major, I though that he was quite underrated. He may not have been much of a personality compared to the likes of Blair or Cameron, but I don't think he did a half bad job considering the problems he had to deal with. I totally agree with you.
